On the 7th July 1956 Fodens ltd celebrated its 100th Anniversary with a Gala Day at the Sports Ground in Sandbach. The day started with a procession led by Foden’s Band (who marched from the works to the Foden sports ground at the top of Green Street, Sandbach) followed by various trucks and floats. The celebrations ended with a concert and firework display.
